Lecture Series "Special Machine Construction" Guarantees Insights into Practice

In cooperation with the Machine Building Network Bergisch Land, the Chair of Design at the University of Wuppertal is organizing a series of lectures on the topic of "Special Machine Design" in the coming winter term which is not only open to students but interested parties are also cordially invited to attend.
Justin Kunze M.Sc., machine design engineer at WAFIOS Umformtechnik GmbH, will be there again on November 7 & 14 in Lecture Hall 21 (Building O, Level 7, Room 26, Grifflenberg Campus). Then everything will revolve around the topic: "Machine Elements".
The Bergisch machine building specialist has over 100 years of experience in the successful development of high-performance machines and is one of the leading manufacturers of innovative machines and tools for cold and semi-hot forming for the efficient production of high-precision fasteners (for example, screws) from wire in various metals and alloys.
For the exam, WAFIOS Umformtechnik GmbH is also offering an internship at the Wuppertal plant this term - up close to the production of the high-performance machines. The Ronsdorf-based machine builder has itself been a member of the "Machine Building Network Bergisch Land" since March 2018.
